Machine God: Film Screening

Join the Party for a private theater screening of Machine God, a new feature-length documentary about frontier AI at the moment before AGI, followed by a live Q&A with the film's creator, Steve Hsu. Made by physicist and Manifold podcast host Steve Hsu, writer John Greer, and AI researcher Lei Huang, the film goes inside the Bay Area race to build superintelligence. It lays out the clash between the people building AI, the accelerationists cheering them on, and the safety advocates warning we may be creating an alien intelligence we cannot control.
