The first question I have for you is why do you do everything you do? Well, I guess what is it that I do? I do take care of my family. I provide for them. I'm a father. I'm a husband. and I believe in Jesus Christ and so that's first what I do now obviously over the last decade or so I've spent several years in prison I've been arrested many many times I've stood up for different families mostly in the a ranching or land use community and that's cost a heavy price but ultimately I grew up in an environment where I was very free I grew up on a ranch outside of town in in that environment in the middle of the Mojave Desert southern Nevada and I was very free and so this idea that I had to get permission from other men to live was something that I just never even had a concept of until I saw what they tried to do to my father's ranch.

I thought maybe it was just a little isolated thing that was going on in the BLM, but the BLM out west is not the anti-government radical group that most people think it is. The Bureau of Land Management. Yeah, it's the Bureau of Land Management. For those of you who don't know. I think everybody here probably knows. It's still an anti-freedom organization. It's just the government. Yeah. So anyway, I thought maybe there was just a small problem inside one agency, federal agency. And then we saw basically a federal army come after my family. And it was hard to process, like, what's going on here? And I'm kind of analytic, so I broke it down afterwards and started realizing that we have a major, major problem and that the future of our future and the future of our children's living free without having to get permission from other people to do everything they want to do or should be able to do, that is at risk.

And so it really motivates me.
